Was finally able to get over to my sisters and have a impromptu mini shoot with Nugget and Biscuit.
Nugget is the big brother and a rescued Golden.
Biscuit is the little sister and a rescued mix. Any thoughts on Biscuits pedigree?
Still Here – Birdhouses – Dutchess County Photographer
So I am a bad bad blogger. Apologies for the lack of posting I was focusing on trying to get my pet photography site and blog going. Still have a lot to do but it’s there. Between that, work, NHL playoffs (Go Rangers), and migraines, I have been a bit busy.
But today I bring you little birdhouses. I had painted these birdhouses years ago, I’m am thinking at least 10, maybe more like 15. Now they are stuck in the ground in our front lawn. These are two of them, I think they held up well considering I don’t remember if I sealed the paint with anything.

So I have a slight love hate relationship with designing things. I always want to do it myself and love it when I start then I get to comparing what I am doing with all these amazing designers and I hate what I did.
There is often also the over-design, I can’t stop and I keep going. I like simple and clean but end up taking it too far.
So trying to work on a new ‘logo’ for khanya photography – messing with these ideas last night. Be honest It’ll help me look at them in a different light. Leave comments on your thoughts, what you like or don’t like.
And if you haven’t realized from my posts, Khanya Photography came from the names of my two fur kits Khan & Anya, this is where the ampersand comes in (and I love ampersands!)

these arent the best in terms of composition or post processing but I thought there were a funny/cute group. We were trying to entice anya to come onto the deck and not be afraid to come outside (so that we can get her in her harness and leash)
